Resource Connection for Kids provides all families of Manatee County the ability locate and select quality child care for their children. This service is call 'Resource and Referral'. Resource and Referral is available to anyone that is seeking child care and early education services. We can provide you with referrals to child care providers and early education programs that are customized to meet your needs. We can also provide you with other information and related services in our community.
As parents, the health, safety and welfare of your children are always the biggest concern. Every provider is different so it is a good idea to visit several providers before making a decision. You want to choose a program that fits your ideas about parenting and learning as well as be a place where your child will be safe and happy.
There are several types of child care and early education services available. Choices can range from a Family Child Care Homes, to a center based program. It could be a faith based provider or a provider that has an accreditation.
